What stops Lukoil then offering FAR a higher deal for the 15% after WPL pre-empt CNEs 40%?
WPL would then need to then follow through and pre-empt FARs 15% to keep the Russians out.
Default only happens if there is no offer for FARs 15% and a government push to disqualify Lukoil. Otherwise, what stops them having a second smaller bite?
