Dilution does not affect the management when for the same money value they get more shares as the price slides. I have noticed that Caths Re numeration has increased to $835,954 of which $673,000 is the base Salary That leaves $ 162,954 of free shares etc. eg $162,954 + 4.2 cents = approx 3.78million shares . (providing she gets shares, not sure if the "Incentive" package is shares or options)
