In April there are a succesion of announcements ( 16 )
The Initial Directors Interest outlines the Directors option to acquire parcels of shares at .08c I think .
Most of them took up the offer so it looks like they are in the same boat to a degree .
Chegwidden : approx 4.1 M units
Gander : proposed to aquire 1 M units ?
Lewis : approx 4.2 M
It might be hard to prove that Win acted on priveledge imformation that could have otherwise have had a bearing on future company outcome . the nature of the timing and liquidation of such a large block of shares within a whisker of AWS going into involuntary administration is suspicious but unfortunately I dont think this would warrant further investigation on behalf of ASIC as it doesnt constitute a clear breach of trading and disclosure rules , I have dealt with our good friends at ASIC before and you really need to have all of your facts and statistics in clear order otherwise you might as well stick your head in a bucket of sand .
