When the brokers tell the public oil is going to $200 the little sheep believe it. Then they say it is going to $30 and the robots react accordingly.
I note this is the latest broker recommendation followed by a downgrade and hence the share drop. However my experience with brokers' recommendations has proven to me that they always have an agenda. ALWAYS. ALWAYS! for their own profit.
It's got to the point where I could kick myself for my subscription to one of the more popular newsletters except for the fact that I am learning to do the opposite to what they advise. LOL.
