Yes, Paterson's do have a buy on Aspen dated 12 June 2009 when the shares were 35 cents. They also have the following disclosure.
Disclosure: Patersons Securities Limited acted as Underwriter to the Equity Placement that raised $22m at
$1.12 per security for Aspen Group in December 2005, Underwriter to the Equity Placement that raised $40m at
$0.205 per security in October 2005, and as Underwriter to a 1 for 6 Entitlement Issue that raised $14.5m at
$0.20 per security for the Aspen Group in January 2005. It received fees for these services.
Funny how those two coincide with broker reports.
