yes pattersons have a workpaper out on the reit sector,
they give a buy, to apz, abp, as well as a hold to cmw.
it appears that they believe a turn around is on hand in the reit sector, anyway the full year results in august will tell us more whats going on that sector.
regarding fat cats, those shares are useless unless the sp goes up or the yield is maintained or better.
therefore it has no meaning just good luck
