    here is how i set up my main screen two frames split vertical on the left "Market Activity" and on the right "News"

    you go Window on toolbar then click on Configure Display for the above set up..

    then i should add for watch lists..

    on the tool bar go "pricing > quote > new window. then add in your codes.
