the voices in my head keep tellling me that the sell side will always retreat as they know that buyers want in for 2 reasons:
1. entitlement offer
2. high grade sampling results.
So no need for sellers to drop down and meet buyers...although you do get the odd person who has no idea about the fundamentals.
