Seems to be an indication that the market is a bit unsure of PEN at the moment. So much up in the air with regards to option conversion, timelines for licensing, funding, etc. With what has happened to the value of the options, it would appear that few will have any choice but to convert unless they simply walk away from their investment. This is another factor muddying the waters for PEN, so I am hoping to see more solid action on SP once this has been cleared up and management will hopefully have a stronger understanding of the funding available to them, and at least an idea of the shortfall. Unsure times, but one point Pore makes which does have validity, PEN offers some good buying at the moment.
