(SOGTL), a company registered in Tanzania
and that holds the equity interest in the Kilosa-Kilombero and Pangani Licences

Swala expected to own 60% of SOGTL at listing after several million is raised.

Does that mean SWE owns 60% of SOGTL who in turn owns 32.5% interest in the Kilosa-Kilombero licence and Pangani Licence
