Hi BASE, don´t get me wrong, we´re on the same side. And I don´t know how many years of experience you´ve got investing at stock exchanges. But honestly it is normal behaviour by companies to announce the status with the current facts. If the market understand these facts as negative (even if these are not that negative) cannot be the problem of the company. I saw that so many times. And it would not be serious if a management only announce something to massage the SP. No, the SP follows the ann´s, not vice versa.
Independently from that they will ann further details of the IW#2 status and forward plan. But that has to be done with research and right conclusions. This is serious imho. So let the investors be frustrated for a week or so and then look forward to the next steps based on a published ann!
And if you are not intending to sell now anyway, just do not look 10 times a day what the SP is, you´re going crazy for nothing.
