What IK is stating guys is that Exergen have done stuff all in respect to the JV and have called his bluff???
If this announcement was the one IK was referring to a couple of weeks ago then why bother?
We all knew Exergen had done none of their commitments re the JV terms
Look at what this announcement has stated, or more importantly, what it hasn't?
No time frames whatsoever?
No update on Norton?
No news on Mt Mulligan?
