Sometimes the S.P. moves on up from the day one spike.
It depends on who gets the news and what they think of it in the next few days.
Might also depend on what Roche or other parties think of the deal. It may cause them to make a move that they perhaps already were considering.
Anyway, takeover talk is teh optimisitic approach.
At this point or perhaps after day two or three most biotech specis continue to fall away and then eventually stabalise until the next announcment.
