They have fresh start I believe at least in the immediate term this will be beneficial for their underlining profit and share price. The problem facing them at the moment is sourcing a CEO who is not a lame duck, the last year has been a disaster with no clear direction or feeling of good leadership.
With Masters I believe personally the expansion was rolled out too fast and it made it more difficult to change the concept when it was too large, this seems to be a problem with corporations and now they are left with a carcas they have to try and sell which will be difficult.
Still the balance sheets are going to be cleaned up and I'm expecting a reasonable return on equity and have just bought in
