Still bearish on WOW?
I didn't use the word "forever" you did. Forever to me means significantly longer than you or I will live so its beyond an investment period that interests me.
As someone else has stated the bottom of my range (3%) is close to a long term inflation rate and not that spectacular but still significantly better than what 95% of businesses listed on the ASX can consistently achieve.
The time period I had in mind was 10 years as a realistic holding period for myself.
WOW has engrained itself into the pockets of all of us more than we care to admit. Their scale gives them a durable advantage that is hard for competitors to quickly replicate - Coles is trying but still WOW grows and expands margins.
The real gain for shareholders would be if WOW can find another run down under invested supermarket business like they did with Progressive Enterprises but this time in a substantially larger market.
