If you want pre packaged meat go to Aldi. Much better quality and way cheaper, particularly for beef. Their rump @ $9.99 is excellent.
Aside from that wouldn't touch supermarket meat anymore. Better off at the butcher and yes it is possibly injected (called plumping)but doubt it would be on Woolies part as they have too much to lose.
