    Hi John.

    My (optimistic) take on this is that it is not a major concern. CMO are morphing into a marketing company with telco capacity (perhaps eventually offering totally free / subsidised mobile offering).

    In any case, I understand the annual report is due to-morrow and that being the case, I assume they have hit the numbers (EBITDA of @$6-6.5m). If this is true and smspup related revenue is continuing to grow, then its very good buying at these prices.
