    Sydney - Wednesday - September 27: (RWE Aust Business News) -
    Woolworths (ASX:WOW) has, through its subsidiary Bankcroft Ltd, acquired
    a relevant interest of approximately 9.34 per cent of New Zealand's
    Warehouse Group (ASX:WHS).
    Woolworths shares last traded at $19.82 and Warehouse at $5.40.
