It actually means no cash - in fact it sounds like a cow of a deal... so I supppose cash cow is one way of looking at it.
An MOU is essentially a non-binding arrangement whereby (in this case) JRV agrees not to talk to any other Chinese for 6 months to enable Guangye to consider whether it might like to enter into some sort of arrangment with JRV, details of which are not specified.
May or may not be someting to bet the house on....I'd be keeping a few bricks back, just in case it isn't nirvana at the end of 6 months.
