Well - one thing you've got wrong to start with is that there are no salaries being paid to any execs of EMP at the moment- they simply receive stock in lieu of.
The overall problem with ALL exploration stocks is that it can be a long burn of time and cash to get to the "nirvana" which, in EMP's case is the JV drilling partner + a successful drilling campaign. I'll bet that this will actually happen and it's very simple to guess who the JV partner may be. If I say "Kipper" go and DYOR. If it logically happens then 1.2c for EMP will simply be a historical tick. It's all about time and we will simply have to wait. In the interim we have to put up with the inept Chris Bowen and his ludicrous gas policy. Recently the CEO of INPEX slammed into the Australian Govt over its intervention in the gas industry.

Point is - you cannot blame Carl D or the board for Fed Govt policy change and the impact on potential investment in the EMP JV drill campaign. Also not their fault that the ASX didn't allow the release off the Wood McKenzie report (positive)

Is there enough time left to wait ?? Well we know what the cash position is and the approximate cash burn so will need funding at or before the end of September regardless. Clearly better to raise higher up the price scale (less dilutive) but that will need the JV partner announcement of course.

They'll get Judith well extension and approval I'm sure.

Keep your ears to the ground and I'm confident that EMP will either get the JV partner and/or have the Judith project acquired with some degree of free carry and royalty.
