Now, if we look at section 260 of the legislation:

EMP have 30 days to accept the approval / offer AND any conditions NOPTA may have included with the offer.
I was expecting an announcement yesterday, but we'd probably have to wait until EMP accept, which is when the renewal will be officially granted.
