I'm glad the wall at 0.015 got mostly taken out.
Without trying to be cynical, I assume there's a CR coming (Gold Licenses are due end of month).
May be some broker(s) are keeping/pushing the VWAP at a certain value? But given our management team are the biggest shareholders on the register following the last CR, its in their interest to get the best price with minimal dilution.
