yep , so blind! Why would it be worth north of 3 cents if they need another extension and cant drill for about 2 more years, and its only going to cost much more. They are in the same situation as before.
They need to sign a jv on something they cant drill in time and need a extension.
who would be signing up for a jv between now and extension approval.....???? Emp would be lucky get a NON binding mou which means nothing
just like the mou for gas processing. Cooper or amplitude won't sign a binding one yet.
Ep is no good if its going to be out of date, have to re do it once again, again, did itneven get to the finished stage and submission, public comment.
