    Regal Held ~31 million shares = 5.51% (Substantial Holder = 5% or more), this was announced 14-November:

    Regal Sold ~3.6 million shares = ~0.52%, (at $0.021), making their total holding 4.99% and no longer a substantial holder, per this announcement:

    Regal have NOT gone!
    They have NOT "got out"
    They still hold ~ 28million shares!

    Substantial Holders have reporting obligations to the ASX. Regal have sold a tiny portion of their holding which releases them of their obligations as a substantial holder. That's all, no big deal.

    FWIW - yes, I went to the AGM and I've bought more since the AGM, probably Regal sold some to me! I'm bullish, and positive this time next year the SP will be many multiples of what it is now.
