Yes, given Regal are no longer Subs we will not know when they sell their remaining ~28m... And? Maybe they will hold till drilling, may be they won't.
I haven't seen 28m sells loaded so looks like they'll hold for now.
Nero (Argonaut) becoming a Sub just announced also with 42m shares; that's the one to watch as these guys are on point for securing a JV partner.
