Dont get me wrong .The asset is worth drilling and re exploring. BUT its a long way off a retest, and a hell of a long way from production. In his own words blame dan the man.. the approval process is what it is it should be simpler and easier but its not.

Emp are far behind in every aspect of the not very well planned drill program.

With ONLY this asset it can only be valued so high with the time it has to wait for drilling lease renewal

Im not just looking at the upside the whole picture. even looking just at the upside things are a long way off in approvals and time frames for jv , ep plans and public comments.

AGR ,What is done of the ep to date is not very transparent, where is the website for it? Outsourcing it is far different from getting jv major partner to do it in house( they dont have) as mentioned before its a hard ask for a jv when they need another lease extension cause they need to pre order stuff ahead, you know lead times and procurement...and meeting the people in person , less personal touch and probably not invested in the project just paid to do the EP. so getting the jv partner with more resources is far better to make EP - they have vested interest in doing and getting it right. than Outsourcing. All these thing add up.


The disclosure of the gold project was extremely poor ,undeclared related party transactions not clearly named till after it was sign. Ask chris ellison about related party transactions. Its NEVERa good look.

There should have been criticism of this gold project disclosure at the agm! If you let them get away with this stuff what else have they done/doing??

Emp has a lot to answer for and does not warrant a 3 cent price based on work programs ahead and cash they need to operate. More shares means dilution. Definitely not a 10 cent stock!
