The clear difference is you don't see or specifically ignore all the negative things, the time frames,anything that can stop your from dreams from reaching your lofty high price targets. Others and me look at all the downside and the upside. And consider risk. That's why you down play everything that doesn't suit your narrative.
With the current board and current assets and the time frames they have it can only be valued at so much.
