For all those celebrating the sells - you gotta look at the bigger picture:
Up 160% in the past 6 months!
So most holders, myself included, don't really care you celebrating a red day!
Fact is:
GB, Myself, holders who participated in the SPP... We're WINNING!
Non-Holders... You're neither winning or loosing - so what are you really celebrating?
It's a prertty sad life to think that all you're really celebrating a random persons' on-paper profit looks not as HUGH for one or two days!
Also, as of right now there's only 573,760,467 Shares On Issue (SOI)
30th June 2024 = 383,474,751 SOI
30th Sept 2024 + 63,035,758 (Tranche 1 - Issued to Nero/Argonaut + Instos)
12th Nov 2024 + 127,249,958 (Tranche 2 - Issued to Nero/Argonaut + Instos)
Total: 573,760,467 SOI
As of 30th June - 243,336,009 (63.4%) were held by the top 20 (see annual report)
If we add the 190,285,716 that were issued as part of Tranch 1 and 2
And add these two together = 433,621,725 held by Top 20 and Nero/Argonaut/Instos (of course there are assumptions of unchanged buying/selling) - but just using this as an indicator...
433,621,725 of the 573,760,467 Shares On Issue (SOI) = 75.5% Held by Top 20 (Top 23).
Generally Top 20 are those who hold longer term, the Share Price fluctations in this case are only going to be determined by small trades, a few $ks here and $ks there. This ain't profound rocket-science!
We're going to get both green and red days in this 2c-3c range on small volume. We need some news to get this moving higher than 3c IMO. And that news should be the EP submission to NOPSEMA, shortly into 2025 IMO. There may be some buying late 2024 / early 2025 in anticipation for this.
But for now, all this "Wow" and "Haha" is just useless noise! If I had to take sides, then at least GB / holders have got something in a portfolio to celebrate!
