6 month for ep approval, and the rest! Public comment was next to zero? Do they even have a website with community consultation where people can comment and read all the stories and paperwork watch all the videos etc,
. If you have ever been a person of interest in these you get a lot out of it. I would say it will have to be redone and updated more then once for sure.
The time for a ep approval for emp wont be this year is my educated estimate/guess
