Geees - no wonder I've all but stopped posting on these threads - so many people with No Freekin' Idea! If you want to find out what's going on with EMP, read the announcements correctly, speak to the directors and don't pay attention to chat site pundits!
The EP has been submitted as announced - these things are a thousand pages plus….; the NOPSEMA website will publish it when they are ready, and payment has cleared - don't expect to see it for another few days/week. I've been keeping an eye on NOPSEMA site - the last submission on the 24/03/25 (Chevron/ Northwest region) was only available on their site on 01/04/25 - 7 days later.
Don’t underestimate it - EP is a HUGE milestone and will open doors - yeah admittedly these low volume days have been a bit disappointing, but as the market already knew EP submission was due (per Presentation announced 19/12/2024) it's seems like it’s already been factored in. Also the global market turbulence has probably caused some nerves right now: at least the SP has held steady. Looks like no one is willing to sell below 3c. I’m waiting in the 2.9 queue if they do.
The EGM took place on Monday, where SH voted on the ratification of previous shares issued. – Read the EGM announcements and have some brains; what was voted on was essentially giving EMP the ability to issue the 25% shares again this year – i.e. a future placement (to a potential partner perhaps?) – Just my opinion
Remember, we voted at the AGM to allow a further10% shares to be issued (ASX Clause 7.1A), beyond the 15% that companies are allowed to issue each year (Clause 7.1). Ratification voted at the EGM = “ignore the placements that have already taken place and reset these two clauses back to 0%” - essentially allowing another 25% to be placed this ‘Relevant Period’ - without seeking further approval. Remember – AGM took place in November (07/11/24) so ‘Relevant Period’ for this Ratification is now until 07/11/2025 – only 7 months).

Anyone concerned about NOPTA license renewal….. What?You think NOPTA are going to reject license renewal when EMP have an EP submitted with NOPSEMA spelling out their drilling intentions and are at the final stages of getting this going?What?NOPTA are going to hit the reset button, revoke the license and let some other company bid for the licenses and start the whole process from scratch again?... No, NOPTA license renewal will just be a formality as they can clearly see progress and the pathway ahead.(IMHO of course).
Argonaut are in this for the gas.Gold is probably a distraction – although the price of gold right now make these tenements appealing whatever happens with them.Perennial upped their holding which is a great sign – it shows that investors – smarter than me – see the value; like a pint of Guinness “Good things come to those who wait”.
