Your "bad feelings" probably stem from the fact that you seem to have a negative bias, whereas what you are seeing is actually quite normal. I suggest you go back over the quarterlies (perhaps the last four) and look at the same number, then look at cash inflows. You will see that Sonangol are indeed paying, albeit with a slight lag (which is 100% in line with their JV agreement). If the whole basis of your concern is this, it won't take you long to work out that Sonangol are paying their share in line with the JV agreement.
