1. Someone knows something we don't know and is manipulating to grow seller depth and make a big purchase as cheap as possible
2. Someone knows something we don't know and is genuinely dumping
3. Someone has lost patience and faith in the outcome despite enough data already published to confirm monetising at least part of the resource
4. Someone needs to pay their overdue tax bill, believe me it happens !
