I dont buy " he's too busy" to update the market.
This is rubbish imo, announcements take little time and can be written by company secretary and signed for release by the CEO, therefore there must be something going down, it can't be pigheadedness/sourgrapes....can it?
All I'm really concerned about is how cheap he's willing to recommend acceptance by the SH
