It's not so much the sellers (not really being agressively sold into), its more the buyers not wanting to pay up, yet. All it will take is one "spark" and we will be off and racing again. Could happen today, could happen tomorrow. Wouldn't surprise me to see a mid-range close, and then open strong again tomorrow. Every day that passes is one step closer.
