wild speculation but I'll allow you to continue...what benefit do you see in this approach?
Having good management in charge of a business is a must when it comes too investing, I'm sure it's something you researched into, along with what the business is actually trying to achieve.
And you do hold....but you don't trust the management? Is that what I'm reading?
