read the announcement on 6/10/2023. AP put 40 million shares as collateral for a loan (does not say how much he borrowed). He took loan for share purchases plus other things. If the collateral value (always a percentage of share value) falls below the agreed value then a margin call is issued by lender. The margin call can be fulfilled either by pledging more shares or by putting in cash (and that needs to be announced via a Asx release).
