Long time holder of BUY, first time contributor here.
Unless I have missed otherwise, there are still two applications, one for an Extension and Variation, and a second for an Extension on the grounds of Covid disruption.
It appears to me that the Extension and Variation is increasingly unlikely, despite its obvious merits.
That said, it would take a brave person to deny the Extension on the grounds of Covid disruption. The current status of the extension is "Further Information Required". Personal view is the Extension will be granted, being the least politically provocative path for KP and the Libs.
I'm buying more on this dip.
