What I am wondering is - If NOPTA said no and Scomo said no and KP was to toe the party line then why hasn't he said no yet. It would be the easiest no ever.
IMO, the longer this goes on without approval, the better the outlook for approval is as KP must be waiting for everything to check off before providing approval. If that is the case this will shoot to 12-18c no problem and if Kelso's guidelines of $1.60/share if gas was found is to be believed (now less due to dilution), then this is a shoe in to hold. Of course punters will offload on the approval but it would be worth keeping a substantial packet for later.
