Well obviously someone in the top 10 would be given the option to complete the placement themselves. They obviously have no respect of your substantial holding then even though it doesn't take much money to be a top 10 shareholder in a $15 million company. If you are the substantial shareholder you claim to be why are you not in contact with Kane and the company directly as it makes no sense why you ask questions on an internet forum about the company and not directly to the company itself
