When it gets to 7cents +- Kelso will do a cap raise if BUY needs it or not It’s just what will happen, they have heaps of exploration going on ATM in a wide variety of oil and gas plays and it takes funding and a bull run on shares is a perfect opportunity to do it and it’s a good thing to get new blood in a higher SP$$$$
