There has been a lot of discussion, hasn't there. The fact that you can't find anything infers that the agreement as struck prior to New Seaclem remains in place, ie free carry into first drill only. If it had changed, there would be a notice to that effect. I am not going to promise that I have read every page of every BUY announcement but I am sure that if it existed someone would have raised it by now. I am comfortable doing my maths on BUY paying 15% of PEP11 costs. It's OK, Kolubara knows BUY has $4M bucks off the books under Kelso's pillow set aside for the drill.
