As a non holder I am sure there are SH on here with better knowledge but my understanding is that BUY sold 60% of there ownership of PEP11 in exchange for Advent covering the cost of New Seaclem drill, coined as "free carried into the first drill". Hence, the costs post New Seaclem, 2011 onwards, are born in accordance with the current 15/85 ownership splits.
