The other thing that makes me think the agreement still stands is that BUY has not had to fund any preparation cost such as the Environment management plan that was part of NOPTA request for further information that BPH undertook a CR mid last year to fund, appointment of the CCS expert snd the recent appointment of the dill consulting company, all funded by BPH ?
