I think this report by the market Herald today puts everything that had gone on today in context quite well, ..........it helps explain the processes quite well that Advent is having to adhere to to progress PEP11 atm.
Maybe Kelso should get the market Herald to do his Ann’sBut I must admit Kelsos Ann was better than Brezzes at explaining the mine field of bureaucracy they are both faced with daily.
