Kind of exciting - I just spoke to my contact at NOPTA (the one who Flambeau said didn't exist when I refused his claims of approval in 2020).
The person said the following (obviously they cant say anything to market sensitive):
"JB has submitted his decision to KP, NOPTA is cc'd on as a FYI. JBs decision wasn't sent today and it doesn't look like there will be a need for the commonwealth minister to lodge a section 59 3)"
I have just sold all my shares in other stocks and bought both BPH and BUY. My eggs are 100% all in the one basket.
