Bureaucratic process is a Bureaucratic process. While we don't agree, it does incorporate best practices. And that doesn't always nessessitate a timely approach but gives confidence to the marketplace when approved.
And without the ability to be a fly in the wall, it's extremely difficult to comment on the behavior of the stakeholders at the table.
