My understanding of the process was the JB gave his recommendation KP, for then KP to make the ultimate decision.
Without reading into it, my intrepreation would be that KP elected to use Section 59 under the act and notify JB of his intent to make a decision. Which at least puts a 30-day clock on this bad boy. Sooner if JB takes his fingers out and actually makes a decision.
I'm fairly confident on an approval but I wouldn't be surprised if the full 30 days were to be chewed up.
