Hi Folks,
I shouldn’t focus too much on STO’s buyback, other than that it because STO are not capital constrained.
Practically no company prioritises capital return over new investment/projects that meet their investment criteria. STO will not be returning cash that they would otherwise be investing in Dorado. They simply are not ready to invest in Dorado, but I am sure that they will already have a plan to fund their share when they are ready.
As for the sp rise, I hope that we are finally on the road back to sanity.
