The only surprise was mention of selling such a large part if they did sell 50% they wouldn’t control it anymore, I believe STO is in bigger trouble than they are prepared to say the decommissioning of they projects are going to cost them a fortune and the delays that they had wouldn’t have helped.
On the bright side is with the recent buying it may indicate something is already happening to sell.
