How long do directors have to declare on-market trading? this has been a few days now.
They have a short window between the 27th Mar ann and the drilling results or Pel 182 ann to be allowed to buy shares. So it is possibly directors loading up, but suggests they are confident of the results.
Otherwise this is leaky as hell, a takeover, cashed up daytrader.
